Our friends at Louisville Catholic Sports spoke with Tiger Golf’s Matt Liston and got to know one of the five representatives for the Tigers at the state championship this weekend in Bowling Green.  Liston is a Jenior and has been tearing up the tee box and posting some impressive scores thus far this season.

Which athlete do you look up to on a college/professional level? Why? Justin Thomas, he’s a local boy who is showing that anyone can do anything with hard work

What is your favorite movie quote? The happiest people don’t necessarily have the best of everything but they make the most of everything.

What is your nickname and how did you get it? Butter – Mike Thomas calls me this because I’m always “on a roll.”

If you could pick one person, dead or alive, and ask them just one question that they had to answer honestly, who would you pick and what would you ask? I would ask Tiger Woods how he became so good under pressure.
