Game Notes

The Tiger Baseball team has a double-header tonight against Ballard, JV playing at 5 and Varsity playing at 7:30. The Bruins are ranked inside the Top 10 in the state, and are going to be tough to beat. Led by the likes of Jordon Adell, the Bruins have run a 12-3 record, most recently going 4-0 in the Super Prep series over spring break.

Adell, a Louisville commit and top prospect for the MLB Draft, has been absolutely stellar this season. He is hitting .512 with 10 home runs and 25 RBIs. Not only is he a great offensive player, but if he pitches tonight, he is capable of throwing some heat. He throws in the mid-90s on his fastball.

Obviously for the Tigers, they’ll need to keep Adell grounded. If they can do that, I’m confident that they can get through the rest of their lineup. The Bruins are a good team, but my prediction is 5-3 Tigers.
