Scouting Report: Cincy St.X
Hello, Tiger Nation! The Tiger Football team will close out the regular season this Friday Night when they travel to Cincinnati to play the other “St.X.” The Tigers are looking to finish the regular season strong and a win over arguably the strongest opponent they play all year would be a huge confidence booster heading into the playoffs.

Location: 600 N Bend Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45224
Head Coach: Steve Specht
Players to Watch: Chase Wolf (QB) , Micah Farrar (WR) , Cameron Specht (WR) , Carl Grimm (FS) , Brady Stoll (OLB) , Blake Bacevich (MLB) , Colton Paul (DB)
Record: 4-5; wins over Mentor, Cathedral, Moeller, and Elder
While they do have a losing record, do not let that fool you. The Bombers are no joke and their record is due to an absolutely brutal schedule. They play nationally ranked teams almost week to week. You may have seen their first game against the #4 team in the nation St. John Bosco on ESPN.
Chase Wolf, a junior quarterback, has been filling in for the injured Penn State commit Sean Clifford for the majority of the season. He has stepped up fairly well, but I’d imagine he wasn’t prepared to take the reins of the offense this year, and the offense as a whole does hurt from losing Clifford. He does have some weapons though in Micah Farrar and Cameron Specht who are both very athletic receivers that will pose a threat for the Tigers Secondary and surely will have helped him out.
As for the Bombers Defense, they are led by safety Carl Grimm and outside linebacker Brady Stoll. Grimm is the leading tackler for the team (62 total) and Stoll is not far behind and has posted 4.5 sacks as well. Desmond Ridder and the Tigers offense will need to keep note of where they are on the field to be successful.
