The Colonels came back after their first loss of the season to defeat Millsaps 40-21. Jaylon Hibbs had two receptions for ten yards. Ben Logsdon hit two field goals and hit 4/5 extra points.

The Flyers beat Morehead State 51-27. McCormick recorded two tackles.

The Panthers scored a go ahead touchdown in the fourth quarter to come out with a 35-34 win over Tennessee State.

The Eagles lost to Morehead State 51-27. Austin Gahafer had an awesome day, accounting for all four touchdowns, and had 455 total yards. Malik Carr had one tackle.

The Lumberjacks were defeated by Nichols 35-27. George Stone had another big game, recording 10 total tackles.

WKU lost to Louisiana Tech 55-52. Jake Collins averaged 37.5 yards on two punts.
