The Cardinals absolutely dominated Charlotte, winning 70-14. The offense was almost unstoppable, so Mason King didn’t get too much action on the night in his first collegiate start. However, the lopsided victory did allow Tyler Haycraft and Nathan Scheler to get some playing time.

Morehead State Eagles (0-1)

Southern Methodist University (1-0)

56 Michael Sehlinger – LS

Sept. 10th @ 23 Baylor – 2:30 PM

SMU won their previous matchup against North Texas 34-21. They’ll have to be on their A-game to defeat a Baylor team that doesn’t seem to have dropped off production from last year.

Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks (0-1)

4 George Stone III – LB

Sept. 10th vs. West Alabama – 7:00 PM – ESPN3

Stone and the Lumberjacks lost by a score of 69-17. Stone recorded 3 solo tackles and 1 assisted tackle.

Western Kentucky Hilltoppers (1-0)
49 Jake Collins – K
51 Clark Campbell – LB

Sept. 10th @ 1 Alabama – 3:30 PM – ESPN2

It doesn’t get much bigger than playing the defending national champion in Tuscaloosa. The Hilltoppers made short work of Rice, winning 46-14, but they will have a lot of work to do if they want to dethrone the #1 team in the nation. Jake Collins picked up where he left off last year, averaging 47.5 yards off two punts.

See someone missing? Let us know and we’ll make sure to add them the list.
