GAME NOTES

The Tiger Basketball team will look to start a new winning streak tonight when they face Eastern. The Tigers defeated Christian Academy-Louisville last week 60-58 in a tight battle. Thanks to the snow storm, this will be the Tigers’ first game since that January 19 meeting with CAL.

The Eagles have only played two opponents that the Tigers also have played. Eastern defeated Central 65-53 only three days after St. X lost to Central 52-55. More recently though were the two team’s games versus Trinity. The Tigers defeated the Shamrocks 55-48 while the Eagles lost a week later to the Shamrocks 45-59.

Eastern is a solid team and has some athletes that could cause problems for St. X tonight. It will be interesting to see how the Tigers fare, as we get closer to February and March.
