Former Tiger and 21 year old PGA Tour Rookie, Justin Thomas showed the nation he is here to compete with the best in the world on the biggest of stages.  Thomas shot a four round 268 (-20) that landed him an impressive finish at the Humana Challenge in La Quinta, California.

With former president Bill Clinton in attendance, Thomas took on the field this weekend and was in contention the entire way. He was tied for the lead heading into the final day at the Humana Challenge and battled all Sunday long. Justin had a share of the lead thru 15, but found some water on 16 which was an expensive mistake.

All in all, it was impressive outing for the rookie, which left numerous golf analysts talking about what lies ahead for “the kid” and Tiger Nation hanging onto their phones for every Twitter update. Back-to-back PGA Tour high finishes makes the future extremely bright for the Class of 2011 St. Xavier graduate.
