USA Today wants your vote
USA Today put together another voting contest to generate clicks on their site, so let’s give them what they want. Go vote for Tiger Football as the best program in the state of Kentucky. The winner of the contest’s athletic department will receive $1,000 and a banner, the second place school will receive $500 and a banner and the third place school will receive $250 and a banner.

Saint Xavier has a long history of winning football games, and with more than 725 wins, the school ranks in the top 50 nationally in all-time victories. Through the years, the school has won championships in the 3A, 4A and 6A ranks. Its rivalry with Trinity is what Kentucky high school football is all about: Sporting news has called it the best rivalry in the country.
Tiger Nation… you’re up to bat. Voting ends at 2:00 PM (ET) Nov. 19. At the end of the first round, the 51 schools with the most votes in each state will advance to the Regional Voting, along with the top five schools that received the highest number of votes, but did not win their region. A total of 56 schools advance to the regional round.
