Noah will follow in his dad’s footsteps

Noah Houk will start at quarterback on Friday for the St. Xavier Tigers, but this last name should not be unfamiliar to you if you’ve been around the rivalry for a long time.  Jeff Houk, Noah’s father, started under center wearing the Green and Gold in this historic rivalry game in 1986 and defeated the Shamrocks of Trinity 21-6 as a Senior.

Now, Coach Jeff Houk is helping his son and the rest of the Tiger Football team from the sidelines in hopes of duplicating what he did 28 years ago.  Sounds like history is on our side.
