Justin Thomas headed to the PGA Tour
Congratulations to Former Tiger Justin Thomas, who officially earned his PGA Tour card on Sunday. Thomas finished tied for 26th in the WinCo Foods Portland Open presented by Kraft to end up in fifth place on the Web.com Tour money list. Justin’s earnings for the year are $276,637.
He now follows in the footsteps of past Tiger Golf greats like Bobby Nichols ’54 and Frank Beard ’57 to play on the PGA Tour. Thomas joins J.B. Homes and Josh Teater to become the third Kentuckian on the tour next season.
The new season’s first event will be the Frys.com Open in Napa, CA on Oct. 6-12, 2014.
